Assistant Indoor Sales & Receptionist

 Our client, a Service provider, is looking for an Assistant Indoor Sales & Receptionist
The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Main responsibilities: 
  • Welcome visitors in person or on phone and direct them to appropriate departments
  • Answer to customer inquiries
  • Notify the appropriate staff of visitor’s arrival
  • Maintain the reservations diary for the board room, meeting rooms and training room
  • Make appointments on behalf of Management
  • Attend to incoming and outgoing calls and taking messages
  • Respond to incoming letters/couriers at the reception desk
  • Complete the dispatch book for outgoing couriers
  • Coordinate with the Office Attendant for the dispatching of documents
  • Maintain continuity among team members by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities and continuing needs
  • Sales correspondence and mailing
  • Maintain Showroom lay-out and display
  • Ensure showroom is always kept clean and tidy
  • Marketing and Sales of company products
  • Quotations and weekly updates of quotations dashboard
  • Stock sales and organization of promotions / advertising campaigns
  • Stock replenishment & Orders
  • Assist overseas orders and invoicing
  • Help with debtors’ follow-up
  • Check on Loan list weekly
  • Any other cognate duties which may be required from time to time
  • Minimum HSC Holder.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years’ work experience
Candidate profile:
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Dynamic, motivated, pleasant and extrovert personality
  • Enthusiastic and customer service oriented with an efficient and business-like approach
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Work in an organized way and prioritize work
  • Be multi tasked and ability to work under pressure
  • Good professional attitude and willingness to comply with internal procedures, rules and regulations
