Our client, in the Insurance sector, is looking for Customer Service Representatives, Claims (temporary - 3 months)

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Main responsibilities:
  • To handle incoming clients or agents in respect of queries and provides the necessary assistance in a timely and efficient manner
  • To manage incoming calls and provide assistance
  • To handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the agreed SLA
  • To keep record of customer contacts and actions taken in a register
  • To record, monitor requests and provide statistics as and when required
Qualification:
  • Higher School Certificate (HSC) or equivalent
  • At least 2 years’ working experience
Candidate profile:
  • Strong client-facing and communication skills
  • Be able to handle complaints and difficult situations
  • Ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Dynamic, well organised person, good attitude, team player
