Main responsibilities:
 
Accounting:
  • Posting all transactions
  • Payment of suppliers
  • Payment of creditors
  • Bank balances
  • Statement of accounts
  • Inventories
  • Filing
Administration:
  • Processing of salaries, NPS,
  • Follow up with licences, insurances, NTA
  • Tasks related to rental of Villas
  • Preparation of quotation
  • Follow up of stock orders
  • Preparing the deliveries
Qualification and experience:
  • ACCA level 1
  • 2-3 years’ experience in basic accounting tasks and/or similar duties
