Sales Engineer
Port Louis

Our client, in the Engineering sector, is looking for a Sales Engineer

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Main responsibilities:
  • Present, promote and sell HVAC products and services to current and potential clients
  • Conduct prospection campaigns according to the company’s sales strategy
  • Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to establish sales forecasts for the year
  • Advise clients on HVAC products and assist customers in making product selections, based on customers’ needs and product specifications
  • Negotiate prices and terms of sales and service agreements with clients
  • Prepare quotations and sales contracts for orders obtained and submit orders for processing
  • Coordinate with operational team to accomplish the work required to close sales
  • Provide after-sales services and support
  • Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships through regular visits
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in the sales of HVAC products and services
  • Experience in energy services (Electrical & HVAC)
 Candidate profile
  • Holder of a valid and clean driving license
  • Capable of working under pressure & being result oriented
  • Excellent commercial and communication skills
  • Computer literate and fully conversant with MS Office applications
  • Customer-driven approach
  • Proactive, disciplined, and willing to take challenges
