Our client, part of a local group, is looking for a Purchasing Clerk

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Main responsibilities:
  • Prepare and verify purchase order requisitions;
  • To seek the best offers on the market;
  • Ensure that the supply chain functions properly, avoiding any possible stock shortage;
  • Follow up with Accounting for invoice processing, payment tracking;
  • Liaise with internal/external stakeholders to determine any procurement needs, quality and delivery requirements as well as any claims and returns of materials;
  • Maintain purchasing records e.g. reports and price lists.
  • At least an HSC holder
  • Good knowledge in Mathematics and Accounting    
Candidate profile:
  • Knowledge of Supply Chain / Purchasing / Stock Management
  • Disciplined and organized person in their work
  • Perfect computer skills (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)
