Adecco is looking for an HR and Admin Consultant for a 6 months contract
 
The chosen candidate will be responsible for:

Main responsibilities:

HR
  • Provide effective support and monitoring to ensure smooth running of payroll
  • Provide day-to-day HR administration support and advise to employees pertaining to payroll and tax related matters.
  • Good mastery of HR operations and lead HR policies and procedures development and implementation
  • Ensure effective recruitment/s following existing process
  • Good knowledge of HRDC/MQA
  • HR Development duties such as TNA and PMS
ADMIN
  • Good understanding of admin operations ranging from supplier’s contracts, clients contracts.
  • Overall office and admin support
Qualification:
  • Degree in HR or degree in business / law (LLB)
Experience:
  • 5-7 years of experience in HR is compulsory
  • Good understanding of Mauritian contract law
  • Good knowledge of latest Mauritian ERA
