Our client, a service provider, is looking for an Accounts Officer

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Main responsibilities:
  • Issuing outgoing invoices to Clients and Intercompany Debtors
  • Preparing and booking of invoices and expenses
  • Filing of invoices / bank statements
  • Invoice approvals & follow up
  • Entering payments to suppliers on the online banking system
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Reviewing of Debtors / Creditors & general ledger accounts
  • Preparation of audit reconciliation file
  • Assist the accountants in their daily tasks
  • Petty cash bookkeeping
  • Credit control
  • Any other cognate duties as assigned by the Management
  • Degree holder in Accounting / Finance with at least one-year experience or
  • Studying ACCA Level 2 with at least on year experience
