Our client, a consultancy firm in the offshore sector, is looking for a Corporate Administrator

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
Main responsibilities:
  • Carrying out office management activities
  • Managing Purchase Order (PO) reconciliations
  • Preparing Forms of Authorisation and invoices for Master Buying Agent clients
  • Formulating bench-marking analysis reports
  • Preparing various agreements, standard operating procedures, interactive Visio and PowerPoint charts
  • Working with a dashboard tool and identifying areas for improvement
  • Carrying out project management activities to ensure that projects are planned and monitored
  • Accurately recording of resolutions, minutes of board meeting and changes for company transactions
  • Maintain company statutory files, updated registers and KYC documents
  • Preparation for Board Meetings (Board Pack) and compliance reports
  • Ensuring compliance with authorities, that files are up-to-date, and documents are readily available for reference
  • Tertiary qualification
  • At least 2 years’ post tertiary experience in an administrative position
Candidate profile:
  • Good understanding of general administration
  • Good understanding of statutory and regulatory requirements  
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio) 
  • A flair for administration and a high level of attention to detail
  • Administrative skills
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Ability to prioritise workload
  • Analytical skills
  • Problem solving / critical thinking skills
  • Visio modelling
  • Communication skills (oral and written)
  • Company secretarial skills
