Administrative Assistant (Stores)

Our client, a leading International Company for turnkey transport projects and having at heart the development of its people, is looking for an Administrative Assistant (Stores) to join their growing maintenance team.

Main responsibilities
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager you will be responsible for:
•             Updating of maintenance work planning and stores computerized systems
•             Preparing the documentation required for the day to day running of the maintenance teams.
•             Ensuring that all completed documentation is recorded in the maintenance systems and filed for later retrieval.  
•             Production of reports based on information from the maintenance planning and stores systems.
•             Setting up of depot administration systems for the maintenance team
•             Ordering parts and consumables and liaising with suppliers
•             Assisting with stock checks and other stores administration duties
•             Assisting with roster planning, organization of training courses, work planning and other general administration duties

Qualification & Experience
IT, English, Maths, or administrative related subjects will be beneficial
At least 2 years’ experience in administration work
Conversant in excel, word and other office IT systems

Good communication skills
Good attention to detail
Ability to multi task and prioritize work load and be self-motivated.
Fluency English language, Spanish beneficial
