Receptionist and Customer Care Assistant

We are recruiting for a Receptionist and Customer Care Assistant.

The successful candidate will be responsible to ensure the telephone switchboard, to answer, screen and forward calls, provide information, taking messages and scheduling appointments.

Main responsibilities:
  • Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed.
  • Provide excellent candidate and customer experience on a daily basis.
  • Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.
  • Support in the good running of the office.
  • Perform receptionist duties and administrative duties such as scanning, filing, photocopying, collating, faxing etc.
  • Any ad-hoc duties / projects prescribed and assigned by the management.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Holder of a Higher School Certificate (HSC) minimum.
  • At least 3 years working experience as Receptionist and Customer Service.

Candidate profile:
  • Must possess multi-task handling ability and knowledge of administrative procedures and processes.
  • Well groomed.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Strong attention to details and inquisitive nature.
  • IT proficient and ability to work on IT systems (word/ excel/ mail/ power point)
  • Excellent written and oral communication both in French and English.
