|We are recruiting for a Receptionist and Customer Care Assistant.
The successful candidate will be responsible to ensure the telephone switchboard, to answer, screen and forward calls, provide information, taking messages and scheduling appointments.
- Answer, screen and forward any incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed.
- Provide excellent candidate and customer experience on a daily basis.
- Serve visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately.
- Support in the good running of the office.
- Perform receptionist duties and administrative duties such as scanning, filing, photocopying, collating, faxing etc.
- Any ad-hoc duties / projects prescribed and assigned by the management.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Holder of a Higher School Certificate (HSC) minimum.
- At least 3 years working experience as Receptionist and Customer Service.
- Must possess multi-task handling ability and knowledge of administrative procedures and processes.
- Well groomed.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Strong attention to details and inquisitive nature.
- IT proficient and ability to work on IT systems (word/ excel/ mail/ power point)
- Excellent written and oral communication both in French and English.
