Customer Service Clerk (CRM Department)

Our client, in the service industry is looking for a Customer Service Clerk (CRM Department).

Main responsibilities:
  • Generate invoices and ensure price/item/quantity is correctly recorded
  • Issue Credit Notes
  • Process orders for consignment items and monitor delivery notes
  • Maintain updated filing – hard and soft copies
  • Update customer and salesperson for invoiced items

Qualification & Experience
  • HSC with credits in Accounting and Mathematics
  • 1-2 years prior experience in a clerical position

Candidate profile:
  • Good verbal and written communication in English and French
  • Well-organised
  • Computer skills – well versed in Office and good ability to learn new software
  • Knowledge on an accounting package is an advantage (Navision)
