|Our client, in the service industry is looking for a Customer Service Clerk.
- Responsible for preparing and doing follow-up on the purchase orders.
- Prepare purchase orders for local suppliers
- Input invoices on Accounting software
- Issue cheques and ensure dispatch
- Participate in the stock management of the department – inventory, stacking, receipt of orders
- Check stock levels daily
Qualification & Experience
- HSC with credits in Accounting and Mathematics
- 1-2 years prior experience in a clerical / accounting position
- Good verbal and written communication in English and French
- Well organised
- Computer skills – well versed in Office and good ability to learn new software
- Knowledge on an accounting package (Navision)
