Customer Service Clerk

Our client, in the service industry is looking for a Customer Service Clerk.

Main responsibilities:
  • Responsible for preparing and doing follow-up on the purchase orders.
  • Prepare purchase orders for local suppliers
  • Input invoices on Accounting software
  • Issue cheques and ensure dispatch
  • Participate in the stock management of the department – inventory, stacking, receipt of orders
  • Check stock levels daily

Qualification & Experience
  • HSC with credits in Accounting and Mathematics
  • 1-2 years prior experience in a clerical / accounting position

Candidate profile:
  • Good verbal and written communication in English and French
  • Well organised
  • Computer skills – well versed in Office and good ability to learn new software
  • Knowledge on an accounting package (Navision)
