Administrative Support (6 months)
Port Louis

Our client, in the Insurance sector is looking for an Administrative Support (6 months).

Main responsibilities:
  • Record payments received
  • Prepare general correspondence to employers/members/stakeholders
  • Consolidate information/data for the team
  • Compile data for reporting purposes
  • Monitor list of schemes
  • Prepare monthly invoices
  • Reconcile and allocate contributions payable
  • Prepare Monthly receivables
  • Calculate benefits of members
  • Prepare communication in respect of benefits payable to members
  • Prepare brochures or explanatory booklets
  • Respond to basic queries from auditors
  • Conduct such other cognate duties as may be assigned

Qualification & Experience

•          BSc Mathematics/Statistics or ACCA Level
