Job Summary
Manage customers’ accounts and developing business solutions in relation with sales leads.

Main responsibilities
Maintain fruitful relationships with existing customers while identify new sales leads;
Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives;
Screens potential business opportunities by analyzing market strategies, competitions involvements and internal priorities;
Integrating group global strategies and products by studying integration and potential in local market;
Preparing quotes and proposals by negotiating ideals contracts with customers;
Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements, estimating partners’ needs and goals, developing and negotiating; 
Brainstorming with colleagues from different department, and countries, to create strategies, following new sales lead and informing of external environment;
Building trust and long-term relationship with customers;
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks; 
Monthly reports to evaluate the sales objectives and the sales leads to develop.

Strong communication skills
Good Presentation skills
Management and leadership skills
Mentoring and coaching sales reps

Education and Experience Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business administration
MBA preferred
