Customer Service Representative

Roles and Responsibilities:
Manage incoming and outgoing calls
Respond to customer needs in a timely and effective manner to achieve customer satisfaction
Provide complete and accurate information to customers
Handle queries by providing appropriate solutions in a timely manner
Resolve customer complaints/queries via phone and email
Any other cognate duties as assigned by the supervisor



Qualifications and Experience
Minimum 1-3 years’ experience in similar position
HSC

Skills
Fluent in both French and English - written and spoken
Good listening skills
Autonomous
Flexible
Meticulous
Ability to work in a team
