Team Leader

Our client, a service provider, is looking for a Team Leader.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

Main responsibilities:
Responsible for the organisation and co-ordination of the day to day work of the section, ensuring the highest standards of customer service delivery and system uptime.

 Qualification & Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or any related field.
  • ITIL Foundation Course
  • 3+ years experience in the Cards/Payment Industry.
  • 3+ years experience in people management.
  • Technical and business exposure in operating a Payment System.
  • Exposure to the functional, technical aspect of a card ATM/POS system.
  • Exposure to payment networks standards
  • Exposed to card issuing and acquiring business
Technical / Functional Skills:
  • SQL Server/Oracle 10g or above
  • MySql
  • Access
  • C++/C
  • Unix
  • JAVA
  • HTML
  • PHP
  • C#
  • NODEJs
  • PL/SQL
